Terms of Service

These terms cover the TickDrama app and the website at tickdrama.com. By creating an account or using TickDrama, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

The service

TickDrama lets you watch short drama episodes. Some episodes are free. Other episodes unlock with coins or while a VIP membership is active. We can change, add, or remove series, and we can change which episodes are free.

Accounts

You are responsible for the sign-in method you use and for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, abuse other people, or interfere with the service.

Coins

Coins are a virtual balance inside TickDrama. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be redeemed for money. Coin packs are one-time purchases. The price and the number of coins are shown before you pay. Coins already spent on episodes are not restored if you delete your account.

VIP membership

VIP is a time-limited membership. The length and price are shown in the app before you buy. While VIP is active, you can watch locked episodes without spending coins. When the period ends, VIP access ends unless the plan renews. Billing rules for Apple and Google subscriptions are on the Subscriptions page, and those rules are part of these terms.

Store and payment rules

Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are also governed by that store’s terms. Purchases made through Stripe, Razorpay, or Flutterwave are processed by that provider. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. TickDrama does not control those decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Copy, download, or redistribute TickDrama videos except through the playback the app provides.
• Break into the service, probe it for weaknesses, or overload it.
• Use another person’s account without permission.
• Upload or send unlawful, abusive, or misleading material through reports or profile fields.

Content

Series and episodes are owned by their rights holders and are licensed for viewing inside TickDrama. Your profile text and reports stay yours, and you give TickDrama permission to store and display them as needed to run the service.

Disclaimer

TickDrama is provided as available. We do not promise that every episode, payment method, or notification will be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, TickDrama is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for charges that a store renews because a subscription was not canceled there.

Ending use

You can stop using TickDrama and delete your account at any time. Account deletion is described at tickdrama.com/delete-account. We can stop offering the service, or stop offering it in a country, with notice on this website or in the app when that is practical.
