Delete your TickDrama account

You can delete a TickDrama account from this page without reinstalling the app. You can also delete it immediately while you are signed in.

Delete it in the app

1. Open TickDrama and sign in.
2. Open Profile, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, confirm, and wait for the timer to finish.

That deletion runs as soon as you confirm it.

Use this form if you cannot open the app. Enter the email on the account, the username, or both. We match the request to the account before deleting it. We do not delete an account from an unverified email alone if we cannot match it.

Guest accounts that have no email and no username need to be deleted in the app, or you can email support@tickdrama.com with any user id shown in the app.

What we delete

After the request is verified, we delete, within 30 days:

• Profile details, including name, username, email, phone number, photo, and sign-in identity
• Watch history, likes, saved lists, and check-ins
• Coin balance and coin history
• VIP status and VIP history inside TickDrama
• Referral data, reports you filed, and the push notification token

What we keep

• This request, including the email or username and the date, for up to 90 days after it is completed, then we delete the request.
• Payment records held by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, Razorpay, or Flutterwave. Those companies keep their own records as required by their policies and the law. TickDrama does not keep your card number.
• A store subscription, until you cancel it with Apple or Google. Deleting the TickDrama account does not stop store billing.

Coins already spent, and VIP time already used, are not refunded by account deletion. See Subscriptions for how to cancel VIP.
